Head of Finance
As a member of the facility leadership team, you will serve as the senior finance leader for two manufacturing operations in Trois-Rivières. Working closely with operational leaders, corporate stakeholders, and a dedicated local team, you will provide strategic financial guidance, drive business performance, and ensure strong financial governance while supporting key operational and technology initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide overall financial leadership and commercial oversight for two manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance targets
• You’ll lead monthly business reviews, presenting forecasts, budgets, actual results, cash flow, revenue, and capital investment performance to key stakeholders
• You’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and corrective action planning
• You’ll manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, including finance and local technology resources, while fostering a high-performance culture
• You’ll oversee inventory management, asset performance, liabilities, and capital investment tracking to support operational and financial excellence
• You’ll act as a strategic partner to facility leadership, supporting business planning, commercial decision-making, and contract-related financial reviews
• You’ll coordinate with global stakeholders on technology initiatives, including ERP and business systems projects, ensuring reporting requirements and project milestones are achieved
Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• CPA designation preferred, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning activities
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams in a complex operational environment
• Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Advanced experience with SAP
• Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Previous exposure to contract negotiations, capital investment management, and operational finance is preferred
