About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to play a pivotal role in a large-scale enterprise data transformation initiative. Supporting foundational streams across analytics, reporting, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and data governance, you will help shape the future of a modern data ecosystem that enables trusted, scalable, and insight-driven decision-making.

Working closely with business leaders, technical teams, and data stakeholders, you will provide architectural leadership across the full data lifecycle. Your Responsibilities
  • Provide architectural leadership across the data platform, ensuring end-to-end design integrity from ingestion through consumption.
  • Define and maintain enterprise data architecture standards, patterns, guardrails, and reusable frameworks.
  • Act as the design authority for Microsoft Fabric, including Medallion architecture, Data Vault integration, and Lakehouse design decisions.
  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.
  • Establish modelling standards across integration and consumption layers, ensuring scalability and consistency.
  • Embed governance principles into platform design, supporting metadata management, data quality, lineage, classification, and stewardship.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable and scalable architecture solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data architecture and modern data platform design
  • Proven hands-on experience implementing Medallion architecture and Data Vault 2 in production environments
  • Strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling, including dimensional modelling and Erwin Data Modeler
  • Experience designing Lakehouse or Data Lake solutions using Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure Integration Services, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Knowledge of semantic architectures, business glossaries, ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs
  • Experience implementing data governance and catalog solutions such as Collibra or Microsoft Purview
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
