About the Opportunity
As a Website Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining the organization's public website, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, engaging, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, communications professionals, and subject matter experts, you will coordinate website updates, publish content through the Sitecore Content Management System (CMS), and help ensure information is presented clearly and effectively for the public.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage and publish website content using the Sitecore Content Management System (CMS), ensuring content is accurate, current, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and translate them into effective website content.
- Coordinate website publishing activities, including content updates, proofing, approvals, translation, and governance workflows.
- Review content for clarity, formatting, accessibility, and overall user experience before publication.
- Provide guidance to business users on website content best practices and publishing processes.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and SEO best practices, providing recommendations to improve user engagement and content effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve website usability, content quality, and overall digital experience.
- Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the organization's digital presence.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in website administration, digital communications, web content management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience administering content using Sitecore CMS is strongly preferred.
- Experience with comparable Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, or similar enterprise CMS platforms will also be considered.
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and coordinate website content updates.
- Strong understanding of website publishing workflows, content governance, accessibility, and digital communications best practices.
- Experience using Google Analytics and basic SEO principles to evaluate website performance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- French language skills (written and spoken) are considered an asset.
- University degree in Information Technology, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
