We are recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Technician opportunity within a professional membership-based organization that supports a diverse and collaborative workforce. Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues across on-site and remote users
• You'll install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, Microsoft 365 applications, and Windows-based systems
• You'll support audio/video conferencing technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, and related AV equipment
• You'll assist with user account administration in Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and access management activities
• You'll monitor backups, storage systems, server resources, and overall system performance to help maintain uptime and reliability
• You'll manage IT asset inventory, equipment lifecycle tracking, and helpdesk ticket documentation
• You'll participate in technology rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role
• College diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and Active Directory
• Experience supporting TCP/IP networking, SAN environments, backup solutions such as Datto, and virtualization technologies including Hyper-V
• Hands-on experience supporting printers, end-user devices, VoIP systems, ticketing platforms, and remote support tools
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to technical support
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
