Your Responsibilities
• You’ll build, deploy, test, and optimize email campaigns, automated programs, and customer journeys using marketing automation platforms.
• You’ll develop responsive and accessible email templates, landing pages, and digital assets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and agile squad members to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
• You’ll analyze campaign results, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend improvements based on data and testing outcomes.
• You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting established deadlines.
• You’ll participate in agile ceremonies and maintain accurate work tracking through Azure DevOps.
• You’ll ensure all activities align with email governance standards, CASL requirements, privacy regulations, and digital marketing best practices.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on email marketing experience within a B2B environment.
• 3+ years of experience using Oracle Eloqua or a comparable marketing automation or CRM platform.
• 3+ years of experience developing responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing best practices, email operations, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and CASL compliance.
• Proven ability to deliver complex campaigns involving forms, landing pages, workflows, automated programs, and professional-grade HTML emails.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
