Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll work closely with teams across manufacturing, engineering, planning, sales, and operations to support business objectives and maintain a reliable supply chain. Your Responsibilities
• You'll source and secure materials required to support custom manufacturing operations while ensuring on-time availability.
• You'll develop sourcing strategies, identify specialized suppliers, and support supplier selection and performance management activities.
• You'll negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and agreements to achieve quality, cost, inventory, and delivery objectives.
• You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate procurement needs and proactively resolve supply chain challenges.
• You'll monitor supplier quality and delivery performance, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• You'll analyze inventory levels, forecasts, supplier performance metrics, and cost-saving opportunities while preparing procurement reports.
• You'll manage purchasing activities within ERP/MRP systems, expedite materials when required, and support product lifecycle and change management processes.

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting custom or engineered products.
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing specialized suppliers and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and purchasing best practices.
• Experience working within a technical or engineering-focused manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, and other business software applications.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
