We are seeking two Leasing Specialists to join a growing residential property management team supporting established apartment communities in Toronto. These are high-impact, front-line roles where you will play a key part in driving occupancy, delivering an exceptional resident experience, and helping elevate thriving communities through strong leasing performance and customer service.

You will work closely with Property Management and Resident Services teams while helping prospective residents find a place to call home. Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage a high volume of leasing inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions while maintaining strong follow-up practices
• You'll conduct property and suite tours, building rapport with prospective residents and converting leads into successful leases
• You'll prepare and process rental applications, lease documentation, renewals, and move-in packages accurately and efficiently
• You'll coordinate digital documentation processes using tools such as DocuSign and property management software
• You'll collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure suites are market-ready and occupancy goals are achieved
• You'll support resident retention efforts by addressing inquiries, facilitating renewals, and delivering exceptional customer service
Skills and Qualifications
• 1-3+ years of experience in residential leasing, property management, hospitality, sales, customer service, or another customer-facing environment
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume settings with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems is considered an asset
• Proficiency with digital tools including DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and electronic document management
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) is considered an asset
• Professional, resilient, and adaptable approach when handling challenging situations and conversations
