About the Opportunity

Our client in the marketing and communications industry seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Assembly Associates to support a one-day promotional project in downtown Toronto. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in team environments, and are looking for a fun, fast-paced assignment.

Working alongside a collaborative team, you'll help prepare and assemble branded promotional kits that will be distributed to influencers and content creators. The atmosphere is energetic and engaging, making this an ideal opportunity for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for short-term work in a positive environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll assemble branded promotional kits according to provided instructions

  • You’ll build and prepare cardboard packaging for product placement

  • You’ll carefully insert products and promotional materials into kits

  • You’ll seal and prepare completed kits for distribution

  • You’ll ensure assembly standards and quality requirements are maintained throughout the project

  • You’ll work collaboratively with team members to complete project targets within scheduled timelines


Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, assembly, packaging, event support, or general labour experience is considered an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a team environment

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift as required

  • No heavy lifting required
