Our client, a leading organization within the financial services industry, is seeking a Bilingual Client Service Specialist to join a high-performing team in Winnipeg. In this role, you will support financial advisors and their clients by providing administrative and client service expertise, ensuring account administration and transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support Advisors with account administration, documentation, and order processing activities
• You’ll communicate regularly with clients and Advisors to address inquiries and provide timely updates
• You’ll manage incoming requests across multiple communication channels while maintaining a high standard of service
• You’ll research and resolve escalated client concerns, recommending effective solutions when needed
• You’ll adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• You’ll maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established processes and service standards

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of client service experience within financial services, wealth management, or the mutual fund industry
• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Fully bilingual in English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to work
