About the Opportunity

Your Responsibilities
• You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and healthcare professionals, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• You'll oversee contract performance, ensuring service delivery, compliance requirements, and financial targets are achieved
• In this role, you'll manage budgets, forecasts, invoicing processes, and financial reporting to support contract profitability
• You'll coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Payroll, HR, and Contract Administration to ensure seamless operations
• You'll monitor workforce satisfaction, retention, credential compliance, and operational performance across assigned contracts
• You'll identify opportunities for contract growth, service enhancements, and business development initiatives
• You'll support proposal development, contract renewals, and client-facing presentations as required
Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in contract administration, project management, customer success, or service delivery management
• Post-secondary education in healthcare, business administration, or a related field
• Experience coordinating and supporting healthcare service delivery within hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, or similar healthcare environments a strong asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project
• Fully bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken formats
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
