In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to strengthen third-party risk practices, provide effective challenge and oversight, and help enhance governance frameworks. Working within a collaborative risk management team, you will play a key role in assessing both traditional and non-traditional third-party relationships, helping the organization navigate an evolving risk landscape while supporting strong accountability across lines of defence.

• Gain exposure to enterprise-wide risk initiatives and governance programs
• Work in a flexible remote environment focused on outcomes and collaboration
• Contribute to the advancement of a mature and evolving third-party risk management framework
• Partner with experienced risk leaders who value practical solutions and thoughtful challenge

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll assess and evaluate third-party risks across a diverse portfolio of vendor, service provider, alliance partner, and other external relationships
• You’ll provide recommendations to address risk gaps and strengthen third-party risk governance and oversight practices
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to clarify accountability across first and second lines of defence
• You’ll support the development, enhancement, and implementation of third-party risk management frameworks, processes, and controls
• You’ll conduct research, prepare briefing materials, and provide advisory support on emerging third-party risk considerations
• You’ll contribute to the integration of non-traditional third-party relationships into existing risk management practices

Skills and Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in third-party risk management, operational risk, enterprise risk management, procurement risk, or a related discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, economics, business administration, finance, accounting, risk management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and supporting risk governance initiatives
• Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks, controls, and oversight practices
• Knowledge of procurement processes and the relationship between procurement and third-party risk management
