This position sits at the center of enterprise-wide planning activities, helping ensure forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes run seamlessly across the organization.

Working alongside finance leaders and stakeholders across a global organization, you will drive key planning cycles, support executive reporting, and provide leadership to a growing team. This is an opportunity to influence how financial insights are delivered at the highest levels while helping shape the future of a modernizing FP&A environment.

Join a collaborative, people-first finance team that values accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, mentor emerging talent, and contribute to high-impact initiatives that support enterprise-wide decision-making.

This organization offers a culture that encourages autonomy, values innovation, and supports employees through meaningful development opportunities. If you enjoy creating structure, leading through change, and building high-performing teams, this role offers excellent long-term career potential.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles across the organization.
  • In this role, you'll coordinate finance stakeholders to ensure planning processes remain aligned, accurate, and on schedule.
  • You'll oversee executive-level reporting, delivering clear variance analysis and insights on key financial drivers.
  • You'll support board and leadership reporting by translating complex financial information into meaningful business narratives.
  • You'll provide leadership, coaching, and development to junior team members and rotational resources.
  • In this role, you'll help drive planning transformation initiatives, including enhancements to forecasting tools, reporting capabilities, and planning processes.
  • You'll champion operational excellence by establishing structure, accountability, and consistency across the Corporate FP&A function.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive Corporate FP&A or finance experience within large, complex organizations.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with a proven ability to develop and mentor teams.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, explain, and communicate financial variances to senior leadership.
  • Experience working within public companies or large-scale corporate planning environments.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Professional accounting designation is considered an asset.
