About the Opportunity
An established regulatory organization is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support its Legal Services team during a period of increased workload. This opportunity has been created to help address a significant documentation backlog and will play an important role in ensuring disciplinary records are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
Working closely with Legal Counsel and Paralegals, you will contribute to a highly collaborative team focused on maintaining the integrity and accuracy of confidential records. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys process-driven work, thrives in a high-volume environment, and takes pride in producing accurate documentation.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll create disciplinary record documentation by compiling information from internal databases into standardized Word templates
• You'll retrieve and verify information from internal systems while ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout all records
• You'll manage a high volume of documentation while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• You'll organize, save, and file completed records within SharePoint according to established procedures
• You'll support backlog reduction efforts while continuing to process newly generated documentation requests
• You'll work closely with Paralegals and Legal Counsel to ensure completed records meet documentation standards
Skills and Qualifications
• 2–3+ years of administrative, records management, legal administration, or other documentation-focused experience
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including working within templates and maintaining document formatting
• Demonstrated experience processing high volumes of documentation with a strong focus on accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
• Experience using databases, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures independently
• Legal, regulatory, financial services, or professional services experience is considered an asset
