Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance management for Store Support Center and Technology functions
• You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic financial guidance and decision support
• You’ll develop financial models, scenario analyses, and ROI assessments to support key investments and operational initiatives
• You’ll identify and implement opportunities to automate finance processes using AI, analytics, and workflow automation tools
• You’ll partner with Technology and Data teams to enhance reporting capabilities, dashboards, and self-service insights
• You’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and process optimization
• You’ll mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, finance transformation, or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and SG&A analysis
• Experience leading process improvement, automation, or finance transformation initiatives
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream, or similar systems
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable analytics and visualization tools
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or related professional designation is considered an asset
• Experience leveraging AI, predictive analytics, machine learning applications, or automation technologies within finance is highly desirable
