Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership, helping guide strategic decision-making through financial insights, forecasting, and performance analysis. Working closely with leaders across finance, operations, manufacturing, and commercial teams, you will influence business outcomes while helping strengthen financial planning processes and reporting capabilities.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis activities, partnering with leaders across the organization to ensure accurate financial planning.
• You’ll prepare executive-level reporting packages that translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• You’ll develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, profitability analysis, and resource planning.
• You’ll build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that enhance visibility into operational and financial performance.
• You’ll support month-end activities and act as a key backup for financial close processes when required.
• You’ll collaborate with accounting, manufacturing, and commercial teams to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement.
• You’ll perform ad hoc financial analysis related to business cases, cash flow, inventory, valuation, and operational performance.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment
• CPA designation completed or nearing completion
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, including dashboard development and reporting automation
• Advanced knowledge of SQL or other programming languages used for data analysis and reporting
• Experience performing forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, business case development, and financial modelling
• Exposure to AI-enabled forecasting, analytics tools, or process improvement technologies is considered an asset
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
• Proven employment stability and a track record of long-term contribution within previous organizations
