Location: Toronto, ON (Fully Onsite)

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Your Responsibilities

• You'll support senior leadership with business analysis, research, reporting, and strategic projects.

• You'll identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

• You'll research emerging technologies and recommend tools that improve business workflows and productivity.

• You'll document business processes, operational procedures, and workflow improvements across departments.

• You'll assist with employee onboarding, vendor coordination, facilities management, and internal corporate initiatives.

• You'll coordinate workplace technology activities, including account setup, hardware deployment, software licensing, and technology vendor support.

• You'll serve as a liaison between employees and third-party IT providers, assisting with basic troubleshooting and ensuring technology-related issues are resolved efficiently.

• You'll support the management of technology assets, including laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software licenses.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience within commercial real estate, property management, real estate development, leasing, asset management, or a related environment.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement, technology and automation.

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms is considered a strong asset.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.

• A passion for learning about AI, emerging technologies, and their application within commercial real estate and business operations.
