We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven professional to lead a large-scale ServiceNow implementation within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead project planning activities, including scope definition, project documentation, schedules, and enterprise stage gate requirements
• You'll partner closely with ServiceNow technical leads, business leads, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive successful outcomes
• You'll manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and support procurement and financial approval processes
• You'll oversee project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and resource coordination while reporting progress against established objectives
• You'll facilitate communication and status reporting for senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• You'll support agile and hybrid delivery practices, including sprint planning, tracking, and coordination of project activities
• You'll serve as a central point of contact for project information while ensuring confidentiality and effective stakeholder engagement

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise technology transformation projects
• Proven success delivering complex ServiceNow implementations using hybrid and agile delivery methodologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, mandatory
• Strong experience with budget management, vendor management, procurement processes, and contract negotiations
• Hands-on experience with agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, scrum ceremonies, and iterative delivery
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and ServiceNow certifications are considered assets

Must Haves: 
  • 5+ years experience Proven success managing large-scale, multi-divisional ServiceNow implementations using hybrid delivery approaches that incorporate agile/iterative principles is preferred
  • 5+ years experience Demonstrate a collaborative attitude by working closely with the ServiceNow technical and business leads, stakeholders to understand their requirements, maintain transparency, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory
