Location: Toronto, ON. Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll assess the existing technology ecosystem, identifying opportunities to modernize and enhance public-facing digital solutions

• You’ll develop target-state solution architectures that support organizational goals, customer needs, and future growth

• You’ll lead architecture design efforts across Salesforce platforms, including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and related technologies

• You’ll design integration strategies utilizing APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns to ensure seamless connectivity across systems

• You’ll collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, scalable architecture solutions

• You’ll create and maintain architecture artifacts, including technical documentation, solution diagrams, configuration specifications, and deployment procedures

• You’ll communicate complex technical concepts in a way that builds understanding, alignment, and consensus among diverse stakeholder groups

 

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Solution Architecture experience in a leadership capacity within complex enterprise environments

• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, configuring, integrating, and implementing enterprise technology solutions

• Strong experience with Salesforce technologies, including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and related platform capabilities

• Proven expertise in integration architecture, API design, middleware technologies, and system interoperability

• Experience working with modern web platforms, digital experience solutions, and enterprise application frameworks

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
