Our client, a growing professional services organization in the public accounting sector, is seeking an Team Lead to join their collaborative team. Your Responsibilities

• You'll lead and mentor staff accountants, providing coaching and guidance throughout client engagements.
• You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• In this role, you'll oversee assurance engagements by developing plans, managing budgets, and monitoring project progress.
• You'll support the growth of your team through feedback, development opportunities, and day-to-day leadership.
• You'll identify opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• You'll participate in internal committees, lead pre-engagement planning, and deliver presentations or technical training in your area of expertise.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of public accounting experience with a CPA designation.
• Experience with Compilation Engagements, review engagements, and corporate and personal tax.
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with a collaborative, people-first approach.
• A commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and delivering exceptional client service.
