Location: Fully remote anywhere in the GTA
Language: Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
Background Check Requirement: May be required as part of the hiring process
Pay Rate: $22/hour.
Contract: ASAP until December 2026 with potential for extension
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm and 9:30am-6pm (must be able to rotate weekly)
Additionally, the successful candidate will need to be available to work 1-2 Saturdays a month between 9:30am-5:30pm
Our client in the financial services sector is seeking a detail-oriented Funding Representative to join their operations team. This role plays an important part in ensuring financing and leasing transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
Working within a collaborative, high-volume environment, you will be responsible for reviewing documentation, validating information, and supporting funding activities that directly contribute to the customer experience. You’ll review and validate documentation received through electronic and paper channels to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to processing
You’ll verify information against established guidelines and identify discrepancies requiring follow-up
You’ll process incoming documentation and accurately enter relevant information into internal systems
You’ll review contracts and supporting documents to ensure all required approvals, signatures, and information are present
You’ll support funding activities by preparing files for processing and maintaining organized records
You’ll assist with mail handling, document management, and workflow tracking activities
You’ll collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues and support timely funding decisions
1–3 years of experience in financial services, automotive finance, lending, funding, or a related administrative environment
College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently within a structured, process-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience working with internal systems and databases
