About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Retail Production Specialist to join a leading retail organization on a critical short-term contract. This role has been created to provide immediate support during a temporary leave, ensuring the seamless execution of retail production initiatives tied to new store openings and ongoing store enhancement projects across North America.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a seasoned production professional who can step in quickly, build momentum, and confidently manage multiple moving pieces. Working closely with Store Design, Construction, Brand, Retail Operations, and external vendors, you will play a key role in ensuring branded materials are produced, delivered, installed, and executed on time to support an ambitious store growth strategy.

What’s In It for You
This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact within a highly collaborative retail environment. You'll work on high-visibility projects supporting multiple store openings while partnering with experienced stakeholders across design, construction, operations, and brand teams. If you enjoy solving problems, managing complexity, and bringing physical brand experiences to life, this contract offers meaningful and rewarding work from day one.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead production coordination for new store openings, ensuring branded print, signage, fixtures, and retail assets are delivered on schedule and ready for installation.
• You’ll manage relationships with production, fabrication, and print vendors, driving timelines, resolving issues, and ensuring successful project execution.
• You’ll coordinate closely with Store Design teams, Construction Project Managers, General Contractors, and Retail stakeholders to support opening schedules and installation windows.
• You’ll proactively track deliveries, troubleshoot production challenges, and ensure materials arrive at store locations accurately and on time.
• You’ll support store teams by providing installation guidance, production documentation, and clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• You’ll manage production-related administration including purchase orders, invoicing, contract coordination, and project tracking.
• You’ll support existing retail locations with rebranding initiatives, replacement assets, store refreshes, and ongoing production requests.
• You’ll help advance production planning for future store openings by coordinating approvals, fabrication schedules, and vendor deliverables months ahead of launch dates.

Skills and Qualifications
• 4+ years of progressive experience managing retail production, visual merchandising production, brand operations, or related project-based retail initiatives.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working directly with print, fabrication, signage, and production vendors.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating production requirements for retail environments, store openings, or large-scale brand activations.
• Strong project management expertise with the ability to independently manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar workflow management tools.
• Proven ability to work proactively, solve problems independently, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing invoicing, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and production administration.
• Ability to travel up to 20% within North America as required.
