Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief People Officer, including calendar management, correspondence, travel coordination, and expense administration
• You’ll coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
• You’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with executives, board members, and internal and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with discretion
• You’ll gather and organize information to support reports, business plans, operational documents, and executive presentations
• You’ll manage competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
• You’ll support event planning, records management, document administration, and departmental coordination activities
Skills and Qualifications
• 5-7 years of progressive administrative experience, including at least 5 years supporting senior executives in a complex organizational environment
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supporting business planning, budgeting processes, procurement, invoicing, and project coordination activities
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, expense administration, audit processes, records management, and executive reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, presentation development, report generation, and general office systems
• Demonstrated relationship-building, customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with travel and event planning, project execution, and SAP or SuccessFactors is considered an asset
