Your Responsibilities
• You'll engage stakeholders and business users to understand workflows, challenges, and objectives, translating insights into clear requirements and product documentation
• You'll develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, UX artifacts, and traceability documentation throughout the product lifecycle
• You'll own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and sprint readiness activities
• You'll collaborate with developers, QA, UX, DevOps, and Agile team members to deliver high-quality solutions and remove delivery impediments
• You'll leverage user research and design thinking methodologies to improve user experiences and guide product direction
• You'll support Agile ceremonies, planning activities, estimation exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives
• You'll provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to business users and team members
Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years of hands-on Agile delivery experience
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, STEM, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, workflow analysis, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience creating UX artifacts such as personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and test-driven development practices
• Strong facilitation, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Product Owner certification such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PMPO, ACP, or a comparable designation is considered an asset
