Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage front desk and reception responsibilities, creating a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and staff
- In this role, you’ll support day-to-day office operations by responding to requests from partners and team members in a timely and professional manner
- You’ll maintain meeting rooms, common areas, and office organization to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently
- You’ll coordinate a variety of administrative and office services tasks while supporting overall operational needs
- You’ll provide exceptional customer service through professional communication, follow-ups, and problem-solving support
- You’ll assist with general office coordination and administrative duties to help maintain a productive and organized environment
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an Office Services Administrative or Reception role within a professional office environment
- Experience within a professional services environment is considered a strong asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional approach
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining a professional office atmosphere
