You’ll work closely with senior leaders, delivery teams, project managers, business analysts, and technical experts to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver measurable value. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop multi-year program roadmaps that balance business priorities, technology strategy, budgets, and resource capacity
• In this role, you’ll oversee end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex program components
• You’ll establish program governance, including decision-making forums, reporting structures, performance metrics, and clear escalation paths
• You’ll lead communication with executives, business partners, technical leaders, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and transparency
• You’ll manage program budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, contracts, vendor performance, and investment planning
• You’ll identify, document, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes across the delivery lifecycle
• You’ll coach project managers, business analysts, technical leads, and delivery teams while promoting inclusion, psychological safety, and high performance

Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of progressive IT project or program management experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• 8+ years of experience developing multi-year program roadmaps
• 8+ years of experience overseeing end-to-end program planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• 8+ years of experience establishing program governance, reporting structures, decision-making forums, and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, system integration, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and solution delivery
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, plus strong financial, vendor, contract, and risk management skills
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PROSCI, ITIL, CSM, SAFe, or related certifications are considered assets
