About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a relationship-driven marketing professional to join a fast-paced retail media environment focused on helping brands grow through innovative advertising and partnership solutions. This role sits at the intersection of media, sales, and strategy, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns and long-term portfolio growth.

You will play a key role in shaping vendor relationships from initial conversations through campaign execution and post-campaign analysis. Working within a collaborative and evolving environment, you’ll partner with sales, planning, analytics, and production teams to identify opportunities, drive performance, and create meaningful results for vendors across the retail media space.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead vendor conversations, identify growth opportunities, and support portfolio expansion throughout the year
• In this role, you’ll gather merch-marketing inputs and campaign requirements to support consultative sales discussions
• You’ll collaborate with sales teams to align vendor priorities with media solutions and budget recommendations
• You’ll oversee campaign timelines, ensuring smooth coordination across production, planning, and analytics teams
• You’ll monitor in-market performance to uncover optimization and incremental revenue opportunities
• In this position, you’ll maintain accurate Salesforce records, portfolio updates, and campaign documentation

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, media, retail media, advertising, or a related industry
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of digital media channels and their role within the customer journey
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating projects in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative and relationship-focused approach
• Exposure to media negotiations, agency planning, or publisher-side experience is considered an asset
• Comfortable working in evolving environments with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
