Join a large public sector technology program supporting the evolution of enterprise work and asset management systems. This role is ideal for a senior Maximo specialist who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while helping teams deliver practical, reliable solutions.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, analysts, architects, and end users to configure, enhance, test, and support Maximo solutions that directly improve operational service delivery.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop, configure, upgrade, test, implement, release, and document Maximo application components
• In this role, you’ll create IBM BIRT reports, BI dashboards, workflows, Work Centers, queries, and PL/SQL components
• You’ll support large-scale implementations, migrations, upgrades, testing activities, technical documentation, and production-ready releases
• You’ll collaborate with business analysts, systems analysts, project managers, solution architects, and end users to gather requirements and define solution designs
• You’ll build and support integrations with enterprise platforms using Web Services, RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and database technologies
• You’ll prepare test plans, test cases, scenarios, results documentation, and support unit, integration, functional, QA, and UAT activities
• You’ll track issues, identify dependencies, analyze results, and provide recommendations on technology trends and effective platform use

Skills and Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience developing and implementing Work and Asset Management solutions, preferably in a municipal or public sector environment
• 10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo configuration and development experience, including IBM Maximo MAS, Maximo Mobile, and Maximo 7.6.x
• Strong experience with Maximo Business Objects, Web Beans using Java, Automation Scripts using Jython, Python, or similar scripting languages, and customization frameworks
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, GIS, ArcGIS, Maximo Spatial, Web Services, RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and database technologies
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control tools, Visual Studio .NET, Eclipse, BIRT reporting, PL/SQL, workflows, Work Centers, and BI dashboards
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into solution design, development, testing, deployment, data conversion, data migration, data mapping, and data loading activities
• Self-motivated professional with strong troubleshooting, analytical, collaboration, prioritization, and communication skills
