An established public sector technology environment is seeking a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design, develop, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• In this role, you’ll customize Dynamics 365 modules and configure workflows, forms, business rules, and automations to meet evolving business needs
• You’ll integrate enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, connectors, and web services
• You’ll create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support informed business decisions using Power BI
• You’ll collaborate closely with business analysts, project teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery
• You’ll perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and quality assurance activities to maintain high-performing applications
• You’ll contribute to documentation, release management, and development best practices while mentoring team members on Dynamics 365 solutions

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform ecosystem
• Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, including plugins, workflows, forms, and business rules
• Strong experience building Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and web services
• Proficiency with SQL Server, data modeling, JavaScript, C#, and Azure DevOps
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
