About the Opportunity
An established healthcare-focused organization is seeking an immediate relationship-driven and highly skilled proposal professional to join its Foundation team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people to meaningful causes and has a talent for transforming complex clinical and research initiatives into compelling donor stories that inspire action and impact.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with clinical leaders, researchers, and Foundation stakeholders to support philanthropic growth and donor engagement efforts. You will play a key role in building meaningful relationships with donors while helping communicate the real-world impact of healthcare innovation and patient-centered initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop customized donor proposals, impact summaries, and fundraising materials tailored to philanthropic priorities
• In this role, you’ll meet with clinical and research teams to understand funding needs, strategic initiatives, and donor opportunities
• You’ll translate technical, clinical, and research information into engaging donor-friendly narratives and communications
• You’ll conduct donor outreach and engagement calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
• In this role, you’ll support stewardship activities and help strengthen relationships with prospective and existing donors
• You’ll collaborate closely with Foundation leadership and internal stakeholders to support fundraising initiatives and donor engagement strategies
• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, donor relations, communications or similar.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and donor materials
• Experience developing donor proposals, grant proposals, sponsorship packages, or fundraising communications preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and donors
• Ability to quickly learn and synthesize clinical, healthcare, or research-related information
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
