Our public sector client is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to support large-scale enterprise initiatives and mission-critical projects. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead test planning activities and coordinate end-to-end testing efforts with internal teams and third-party vendors
• In this role, you’ll develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and maintain regression testing suites
• You’ll execute Functional, Smoke, Regression, UAT, E2E, and cross-team testing activities across multiple applications and environments
• You’ll identify, log, prioritize, and retest defects while working closely with developers and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently
• In this role, you’ll validate software functionality, integrations, and infrastructure components against business and technical requirements
• You’ll generate detailed testing status reports and communicate progress, risks, and results to project stakeholders and leadership teams
• You’ll support non-functional testing activities including performance, accessibility, usability, security, and compliance testing
Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience planning and performing quality control and software testing activities within enterprise environments
• 5+ years of experience writing and executing test scripts in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Proven experience performing Functional, Smoke, Regression, UAT, E2E, and cross-team testing
• Strong expertise using JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, or similar testing and collaboration tools
• Experience developing test plans, test strategies, and detailed QA documentation
• Knowledge of SaaS and COTS application verification, along with tools such as Postman, Selenium, SoapUI, or LoadRunner
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments
