Altis Recruitment is partnering with a respected healthcare organization to hire an Administrative Assistant supporting Physician Leadership within a busy clinical environment. In this position, you’ll support day-to-day administrative operations that directly contribute to patient care coordination, physician engagement, and leadership effectiveness. You’ll collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, applicants, and administrative teams while helping ensure smooth communication and workflow management across the department.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, interviews, and physician-related appointments
  • In this role, you’ll coordinate meeting logistics, room bookings, and administrative documentation
  • You’ll support recruitment activities by communicating with applicants and coordinating interviews
  • You’ll assist with document editing, contract renewals, and leadership-related administrative processes
  • You’ll help maintain smooth communication between physicians, staff, patients, and leadership teams
  • You’ll provide additional administrative coverage and support during peak periods and team absences

Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent education required
  • Previous administrative experience within a healthcare, hospital
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendar management, scheduling tools, and document coordination
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished approach
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
