Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closeout
• You'll apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support diverse project requirements
• You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage scope, and oversee change requests
• You'll prepare and deliver project reports, dashboards, and documentation in alignment with quality standards
• You'll act as a key escalation point, resolving issues and aligning resources across functional teams
• You'll proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support successful project outcomes
• You'll contribute to PMO process improvement initiatives, lessons learned activities, and future business opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of project management experience working with external customers in a technology-driven environment
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Engineering degree and/or strong technical background delivering computer-based solutions
• Experience with IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and system integrations
• Knowledge of quality management processes such as ISO 9001:2015 or similar standards
• Familiarity with aviation software safety assurance standards, including EUROCAE ED-153 and ED-109A, is considered an asset
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
