You’ll contribute to work that supports the responsible recycling, helping keep valuable materials in the manufacturing supply chain and out of landfills.
Working closely with Client Coordinators, you’ll play an important role behind the scenes, keeping accounts organized and ensuring enquiries, payments, and day-to-day requests are handled efficiently. It’s a collaborative, client-focused environment where strong service and attention to detail make a meaningful difference.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support Client Coordinators with day-to-day account management and administrative activities.
• You’ll monitor the general inbox, review incoming enquiries, and direct requests to the appropriate Client Coordinator.
• You’ll help ensure client questions and requests are addressed accurately and efficiently.
• In this role, you may assist with invoicing, payment processing, and other financial administration.
• You’ll keep information organized and help the team stay on top of changing priorities.
• You’ll use sound judgment to resolve issues and identify when requests need to be escalated.
Skills and Qualifications
• Previous experience in administration, banking, customer service, or a similar client-facing environment considered an asset.
• Financial literacy and comfort working with invoices, payments, numbers, and account information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to think on your feet, use good judgment, and take initiative when handling day-to-day requests.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
