Your Responsibilities
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from planning and construction through turnover and close-out
• Drive project schedules, budgets, quality, and overall delivery outcomes across multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with site teams, consultants, development partners, and internal departments to maintain alignment and momentum
• Identify and manage project risks while developing practical solutions to complex challenges
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Coordinators and other project team members
• Manage reporting, contracts, documentation, and stakeholder communications with professionalism and clarity
• Champion a strong safety culture and uphold organizational values across all project activities

Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of progressive experience managing complex construction or development projects within healthcare
• Strong leadership experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and project controls effectively
• Experience navigating fast-paced environments and making informed decisions in ambiguous situations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across all levels
• Commercially minded with a balanced focus on people, delivery outcomes, and collaboration
• Demonstrated commitment to accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
