Location: Vaughan, Ontario (2 days on site, 3 days remote)
Language: Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken

Contract: 6 months with potential for extension or permanency.
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

Our client in the manufacturing and distribution sector is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their operations team. Your Responsibilities
- You’ll respond to customer inquiries related to product availability, pricing, scheduling, and order status through phone, email, and internal systems
- You’ll process and manage customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
- You’ll coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth order flow
- You’ll monitor order activity and proactively communicate potential delays or concerns
- You’ll support customers by identifying solutions and recommending products or alternatives based on their needs
- You’ll maintain accurate records and assist with backend order maintenance and documentation
- You’ll contribute to process improvements and support additional projects as required
Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related support role within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and French, written and verbal
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer proficiency; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is considered an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
- Industry exposure within manufacturing, distribution, or technical products is considered an asset
