Our client is seeking a relationship-focused Sales Representative to help grow their commercial partnerships across the GTA West region. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective commercial clients through networking, outreach, and relationship-building initiatives
• In this role, you’ll conduct warm and cold outreach calls to generate qualified sales appointments and facility tours
• You’ll deliver a high-touch client experience by understanding business needs and presenting tailored storage and ancillary service solutions
• You’ll identify key decision-makers within target organizations to support the sales process effectively
• You’ll manage and track leads, follow-ups, and account activity within Salesforce CRM
• In partnership with leadership, you’ll contribute insights and feedback to strengthen sales and outreach strategies
• You’ll maintain regular reporting and communication to support transparency, accountability, and portfolio growth
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of B2B sales, prospecting, or telephone sales experience
• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and sales activity
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, opportunity qualification, and account development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and navigate objections effectively
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Valid driver’s licence required, with the ability to travel within the GTA West region
