About the Opportunity
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented and approachable Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic clinical leadership team within an outpatient program. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage calendars and coordinate meetings for clinical leadership and physician teams
• In this role, you’ll prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items
• You’ll support physician scheduling, ensuring updates and changes are tracked accurately and communicated in a timely manner
• You’ll process expense submissions and assist with administrative documentation and reporting
• You’ll respond to inquiries professionally and provide general administrative support across the department
• You’ll maintain accurate records, organize files, and support day-to-day operational coordination
Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of administrative experience supporting managers or leadership teams
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Calm, professional demeanor with the ability to manage high-volume work effectively
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience supporting healthcare leaders or working within healthcare environments is considered a strong asset
