Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support category sourcing strategies through market research, forecasting, and detailed data analysis
• You’ll manage demand planning information while partnering with internal stakeholders to optimize inventory levels and supplier performance
• You’ll build and maintain strong supplier relationships, supporting performance management and resolving procurement-related issues
• You’ll contribute to sourcing and contract negotiations by providing cost analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling
• You’ll monitor market conditions and supply risks, identifying opportunities to improve business continuity and sourcing strategies
• You’ll develop and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and reporting tools that support operational and procurement decisions
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in buying, sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Food Science, or a related discipline
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, reporting, and data modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
