Your Responsibilities
• You’ll facilitate meetings and stakeholder discussions tailored to a variety of audiences across business and technical teams
• In this role, you’ll gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support project and operational objectives
• You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and solution delivery
• You’ll support project initiatives by providing analytical insights, recommendations, and documentation
• In this role, you’ll build strong working relationships with staff, customers, and cross-functional teams to support successful outcomes
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience within large organizations
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective meetings and stakeholder engagements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers, and IT personnel
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
