Your Responsibilities
• You’ll coordinate and maintain multiple schedules, including meetings and clinical activities
• In this role, you’ll prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and support follow-up actions
• You’ll assist with administrative coordination in a clinical and academic setting
• You’ll manage correspondence, documentation, and data tracking using Excel and other office tools
• In this role, you’ll support reporting, scheduling updates, and day-to-day operational priorities
• You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines and administrative requirements are met
Skills and Qualifications
• 2 to 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience managing multiple priorities and working with changing schedules
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills, including meeting minute preparation
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment
• Postsecondary education in administration or a related field is considered an asset
