An established public sector organization is seeking a senior Business Analyst to support large-scale digital transformation and technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead requirements gathering workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and detailed requirements
• In this role, you’ll analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvements
• You’ll develop business cases, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to support project delivery
• You’ll act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership to ensure alignment between technology and operational goals
• You’ll support testing, quality assurance activities, and end-user training to ensure successful implementation outcomes
• In this position, you’ll conduct impact assessments and contribute to business process reengineering initiatives
• You’ll mentor junior team members and support effective decision-making through clear documentation and analysis

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive experience working as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments
• 5+ years of experience conducting business process analysis and process reengineering initiatives
• 5+ years of experience developing requirements documentation, use cases, and user stories
• 5+ years of experience working within Agile project environments
• Strong critical thinking, communication, consulting, and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or a related discipline
• IIBA certification and knowledge of BABOK methodologies are considered strong assets
