A leading North American organization in the environmental services industry is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer & Trainer (Bilingual) to support the development of innovative and engaging learning experiences across the business. This role is ideal for a creative learning professional who is passionate about modern instructional design, user engagement, and leveraging emerging technologies to improve training effectiveness.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will help shape how employees learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes. From designing bilingual eLearning content to facilitating impactful training sessions, you will play a key role in driving user adoption and continuous learning across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design and develop bilingual training materials using Agile or SAM methodologies to support organizational initiatives
• In this role, you’ll explore and recommend modern learning technologies, including Generative AI and interactive media tools
• You’ll create engaging learner experiences that balance usability, adoption, and cognitive load considerations
• You’ll facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions that connect technical processes with practical application
• You’ll collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to evolve learning standards and improve training delivery
• You’ll analyze LMS metrics and learner feedback to measure training effectiveness and support continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive instructional design and training experience within a corporate environment
• Full professional fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
• Strong expertise with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise
• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
• Knowledge of Generative AI applications for content development, localization, or workflow optimization
• Proficiency with multimedia and video editing tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, or similar platforms
• Experience working with LMS platforms such as Docebo, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors
