Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Duration: 3-week temporary coverage contract, June 15th to July 3rd, part-time, Tuesdays and Thursdays during standard business hours

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage patient appointment scheduling and maintain an organized clinic calendar
• In this role, you’ll support administrative operations including billing, record maintenance, and EMR updates
• You’ll triage patient inquiries and relay important information to physicians with accuracy and discretion
• You’ll coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and hospital departments
• You’ll assist with general clinic administration including documentation, fax management, and meeting coordination
• You’ll maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive patient information and records
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of administrative experience within a hospital, clinic, or healthcare environment
• Post-secondary education in administration, healthcare, or a related field is considered an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems, Accuro experience is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a patient-first approach
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in a clinical setting
