About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a Sports Product Specialist to support one of Canada’s largest online sportsbook operations during a major platform transformation. This role sits within a fast-paced gaming and entertainment environment where sportsbook operations, live event monitoring, and betting market management are central to delivering an exceptional player experience.

You’ll join a highly collaborative team responsible for overseeing day-to-day sportsbook operations across multiple sports and betting markets. Working closely with sportsbook vendors, risk teams, customer support, and product stakeholders, you’ll help ensure betting integrity, operational accuracy, and real-time responsiveness during live sporting events.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll monitor daily sportsbook operations to ensure betting markets, odds, and event coverage remain accurate and operational
• You’ll oversee live sporting events in real time, reacting quickly to changing conditions and escalating operational concerns when required
• You’ll collaborate with sportsbook vendors, risk management teams, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• You’ll track betting trends, player activity, and promotional performance to support operational decision-making
• You’ll support sportsbook content updates, configurable templates, and promotional execution across sportsbook channels
• You’ll assist customer support teams with sportsbook-related inquiries and issue resolution
• You’ll contribute to sportsbook operational strategy execution while helping maintain compliance and product integrity standards

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in sportsbook operations, online gaming, casino operations, or a related industry
• Degree or diploma in Business, Sports Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of online sports betting markets, sportsbook operations, and professional sports
• Experience working in fast-paced operational environments with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify anomalies, stale odds, and operational risks
• Familiarity with sportsbook platforms or betting software, experience with OpenBet is considered an asset
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
