Financial Analyst

Location: Greater Toronto Area, Hybrid 3 days on site

Your Responsibilities
• Provide financial analysis and reporting support for the product supply organization, ensuring spending aligns with budget expectations and identifying opportunities for corrective action
• Support monthly financial consolidation, reporting activities, and the preparation of financial plans and forecasts
• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including preparing presentation materials for leadership teams
• Perform variance analysis during month-end close processes against budget, forecast, and prior year performance
• Leverage data analytics tools to generate insights that support operational and financial decision making
• Support reporting related to material purchases, product costing, and headcount analysis while responding to ad hoc business requests as needed

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of progressive financial analyst experience within a corporate or operational environment
• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong working knowledge of SAP, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Experience with Business Warehouse, Power BI, or AARO Business System is considered an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
