About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Property Administrator to support a luxury residential community in Oakville. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and is comfortable managing day-to-day tenant relations within a high-end residential setting.
You will join a close-knit property management team supporting a premium residential community with over 500 units. In this role, you will work closely with tenants, support lease administration processes, and help ensure a smooth and professional resident experience.

Your Responsibilities
- You will support the day-to-day administration of a luxury residential property portfolio
- You will communicate directly with tenants regarding lease renewals, notices, complaints, and general inquiries
- You will coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections for damages or maintenance concerns
- You will prepare and send rent increase notices and lease renewal documentation
- You will respond to tenant concerns professionally and confidently, including handling difficult or demanding situations when needed
- You will maintain accurate records and update tenant information within property management systems
- You will support tenant engagement initiatives, including occasional event coordination, vendor communication, and catering arrangements
- You will work closely with the leasing and property management teams to ensure a seamless resident experience
Skills and Qualifications
- You will have 2–3 years of residential property administration experience
- You will have experience supporting residential portfolios of approximately 200+ units
- You will have strong customer service and tenant communication skills
- You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, and be comfortable learning new systems such as property management software
- You will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- You will have the ability to remain professional, assertive, and calm when handling tenant concerns
- You will enjoy working in a people-focused environment and contributing to a collaborative team
