In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting recruitment initiatives across a variety of corporate functions, including financial, legal, technical, and business operations. You’ll work alongside collaborative stakeholders and contribute to strategic hiring efforts that directly impact business success.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for complex and high-level roles across multiple business functions
• You’ll develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines using networking and market research
• You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to provide recruitment guidance and strategic hiring support
• You’ll screen and engage candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations through to hire
• You’ll lead stakeholder discussions and consensus meetings to support hiring decisions and alignment
• You’ll identify recruitment challenges and recommend process improvements to optimize hiring outcomes
• You’ll ensure all recruitment activities are delivered with accuracy, urgency, and a high level of professionalism

Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a corporate or agency environment
• 1–2 years of experience supporting strategic recruitment planning and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently within a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Experience recruiting across corporate, business, financial, legal, or technical functions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment initiatives is considered a strong asset
