About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Records & Document Scanning Clerk to support a professional organization during an upcoming office relocation project. This role will focus on digitizing and organizing physical records to support a large-scale transition to a more streamlined digital environment.
You will work closely with internal teams to scan, categorize, and organize confidential files while supporting document management processes through SharePoint. This is a great summer opportunity for a student or early-career professional looking to gain office and records management experience in a structured environment.

Your Responsibilities
- You will scan and digitize high volumes of physical files and records
- You will organize and categorize documents according to department and file structure requirements
- You will upload and maintain records within SharePoint and internal systems
- You will support the transition from paper-based to digital records management processes
- You will ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled with discretion and accuracy
- You will assist with general administrative and records-related tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- You will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You will have basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and file management systems
- You will have the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
- You will have the ability to work independently while following structured processes
- You will have strong discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Experience with SharePoint or records management systems is considered an asset
- Students or recent graduates in health sciences, administration, or related fields are encouraged to apply
Additional Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility for 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Work Model: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday on-site; Monday and Friday remote
- Compensation: $20–$23/hour
- Start Date: June 22, 2026
