Location: 55 Lakes Shore Blvd East, 3rd Floor, Toronto, ON (5 Days Onsite)

About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior QA Tester to support a large-scale retail transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced programs and enjoys working across integrated retail systems, business teams, and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing outcomes.

In this role, you will play a key part in validating critical retail business processes across areas such as inventory, warehouse operations, POS, pricing, and order management. You will join a collaborative project team focused on modernizing systems and improving operational efficiency across a highly visible transformation program.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop and execute detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios across multiple retail systems and applications
• In this role, you’ll support SIT, E2E, regression, and UAT testing activities aligned to project timelines and releases
• You’ll log, manage, retest, and support resolution of defects using Jira and related testing tools
• You’ll validate business workflows related to inventory, warehouse operations, POS, replenishment, pricing, and order management
• You’ll collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, vendors, and functional teams to support testing coordination and release validation
• You’ll participate in defect triage sessions, testing status meetings, and post-deployment verification activities

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive QA and software testing experience within enterprise environments
• 3+ years of experience supporting retail systems and retail business process testing
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM), Blue Yonder (BY), and/or GK POS
• Strong experience with test execution, defect management, Jira, integration testing, E2E testing, and UAT
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or system implementation programs
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience with Agile, Hybrid Agile, or Waterfall delivery methodologies is considered an asset
