• You’ll lead defect management activities, ensuring issues are identified, prioritized, escalated, and resolved efficiently using Jira and related testing tools
• You’ll collaborate closely with development, architecture, business, and vendor teams to support release readiness and testing sign-offs
• You’ll manage testing resources, environments, test data, schedules, budgets, and delivery timelines across complex project portfolios
• In this position, you’ll mentor and guide QA team members while promoting testing best practices and quality standards
• You’ll support integration with CI/CD and DevOps practices, contributing to continuous improvement across testing processes

• Hands-on experience with SAP, Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM), Blue Yonder product suite, and/or GK POS

• Experience developing project test strategies and plans across the full testing lifecycle, including functional and non-functional testing
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, ALM, and/or Octane within Agile delivery environments
• Experience supporting digital initiatives including eCommerce, mobile applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations
